The hotel was beautifully designed and quiet and the room was well-designed. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, thanks to them everything was nice. Liked the room with the whirlpool, my bed was extremely comfy. It was based in nice building in a good location, down to the waterfront.

The breakfast is excellent with variety of food.

The room was nice styled, offered useful things, such as a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge. It included a comfy bed and a private bathroom.

Our room was luxurious and spotless with a king bed and the bagged breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

It was in a good location down to the waterfront. The bagged breakfast food was fantastic! Everything was nice, but a few employees were disrespectful.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Tacoma South for a family visit and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and inviting, with a separate sitting area and desk alcove. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, catering to even the pickiest eaters, and the pancake machine was a nice touch. The hotel also had a whirlpool room available, which was worth the extra cost. a great stay!

Rooms were surprisingly large, well done!

The hotel was located so close to Stores, food shops, gas station and 30 minutes from the beach, the airport and all the medical facilities. Liked our rooms with a king size bed.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the spacious and inviting rooms at this hotel. The rooms smelled fresh and cozy, with high-quality linens and a comfortable bed. It was a bonus to have a mini fridge and microwave, as well as a closet, desk alcove, and sitting area. Another great aspect was the complimentary breakfast which was hot and plentiful. There was a good variety each morning, and we particularly enjoyed the pancake machine. The staff was friendly and knew their jobs well, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a couple of downsides as well. The coffee that came out of the in-room Keurig machine was awful, so we ended up not using it.

Excellent hotel with fantastic food and marvellous location adjacent to all destinations, all the medical facilities, and the waterfront.

Disrespectful staff!

Overall a nice stay at a Holiday. Clean hotel in a nice building not far from the military base, Washington from Central Oregon and the airport. The accommodating staff and their attitude. The pool area is nice too. The very quick check-in.

Not so great area.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the military base and I5. I highly recommend this hotel.
